This workout is designed purely for the over 70s – designed to help improve bone density, lower blood pressure and keep muscles strong and stretched

This 70 year old workout is guaranteed to tone your core – improve strength, posture and flexibility. Please note there are varying levels for this workout. Especially beneficial for those participants who suffer back problems. These classes get busy…please book on line. Ideal for men and women
