MONDAY MORNING 9.30am RETRODANCEFIT 

This class is ideal for anyone who remembers the Retro era.  Ideal for anyone who is looking for a low impact fitness dance workout.  Mixing between old school low impact aerobics, together with modern Dancefit moves.

 

This class is taught by myself as an original Jane Fonda instructor.  Try this fun workout, burn calories, have fun and you will leave singing and dancing on a positive high!

MONDAY MORNING 10.30am. GENTLE PILATES AND STRETCH 

If you are looking for a gentle Pilates class, incorporating stretching , then this is the class for you.   Ideal for anyone with health issues, including back and joint problems.  The class is ideal for any age and there are always options offered. This class will finish off with some relaxation, so you leave the class feeling stronger, leaner, stretched and relaxed

TUESDAY MORNING FACEBOOK LIVE BODYFIT 9.15am

This workout literally improves strength, cardio, tone and flexibility.   Ideal for anyone as options are offered.   Using weights, bands, steps, balls..or just your own body weight

On booking your session, you will be admitted to the Positive Fitness Digital Studio.  The workout will be in the studio for 24 hours, so you can do it to suit yourself

This class is called this…because age is a number!   Over 70s workout to improve bone density, it helps with memory, it improves cardio and strength, as well as flexibility. Remember if you don’t it… you will lose it.
