SALLY MORRIS – Sally Morris
SALLY MORRIS – Trained at the BAI Dance Centre in 1983 for fitness and dance. Attending various courses in fitness and dance based contemporary ballet classes before the RSA exercise to music was formed. She completed RSA training in Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, Kick Aerobics , Childrens Fitness,Sosa Dance, Studio Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training and Pilates with Michael King at the Pilates Institute and Fitness Pilates 3
Sally also become one of the first Block-fit Instructors with Chico from X factor. Sally has also taken part in fitness demonstrations at the NEC and Earls Court, and has organised charity events, as well as working with sports clubs, including swimming clubs and rugby clubs where she has worked as a coach to offer alternative training.
Sally has also worked alongside the local physiotherapist teaching pilates for clients with specific needs. Sally’s passion has always been dance as she has applied this discipline to many of her workouts. Sally prides herself In her ability to cater for every client and values each and every one of them. Many of these clients have been with her for decades.
