SALLY MORRIS – Trained at the BAI Dance Centre in 1983 , studied contemporary ballet before the RSA exercise to music was formed, then after completing RSA trained in Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, Kick Aerobics , Childrens Fitness, Vibe/Studio Cycling, Circuit Training and Pilates with Michael King at the Pilates Institute and Fitness Pilates 3 with Rachel Holmes. She has recently become one of. First Blockfit Instructors with Chico from X factor. Sally has also taken part in fitness demonstrations at the NEC and Earls Court, and has organised charity events, as well as working with sports clubs, including swimming clubs and rugby clubs where she has worked as a coach to offer alternative training. Sally has also worked alongside the local physiotherapist teaching pilates for clients with specific needs. Sally’s passion has always been dance as she had applied this discipline to many of her workouts Recently she became a trained SOSA Dance Fitness instructor and is eager to bring this new workout to the studio.

Vourn is passionate and knowledgeable in Yoga, Pilates, Posture Improvement, mindfulness , HIIT and healthy eating. She specialises in glute activation, hamstring flexibility, abdominal and adductor strengthening.

Vourn started her training back in 1992 and is qualified in nutrition and personal training.

Vourn is extremely approachable and happy to help clients with their Fitness training on a personal level.

I started my fitness journey in 2012 as a very unmotivated, overweight participant. I quickly discovered my passion for it and became slightly addicted. I love people and really enjoy doing fitness classes (so much so, I recently completed my ETM qualification)

On the 2/8/2015 I became a vibe cycle instructor. I’ve been teaching it ever since and love it more and more every class. I’m looking forward to expanding my fitness knowledge and trying new things.

Hi I’m Emma.
I hated PE when I was at school and was a total book worm, but when I found weights I was hooked!  I started off with a multigym system at school, but then progressed to weight machines and then free weights.  It was then that I got serious about fitness.  A bodybuilder in my 20’s and a keen cyclist, if I wasn’t at work I was doing something active.  Then, about 12 years ago, I started doing group exercise classes – who knew you could have so much fun with people!  Of course, I loved anything weights based, or cycling, so it wasn’t a difficult decision to train as a Vibe Power and Vibe Cycle Instructor.  I never thought it would be possible for me to be an instructor, but with supportive and inspirational people surrounding me, I did the courses, and now I am.  It was the best decision I ever made!

I may only have been working as an instructor for two and a half years, but I have made this hobby of mine into a lifestyle that I am committed to.  I have the experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals and  I will challenge you to work hard, whilst keeping you safe in a fun environment.  Whats not to like!

She has a passion for keeping fit and pursued her passion and started her teaching in 2016 Jess many have only been teaching  for a short time, but she has already proven to be an amazing popular instructor.  She has great command in her teaching and is thorough in her preparation

She is enthusiastic, fun and energetic and will always give 100% on motivating you in all her classes!

Hi – I’m Malcolm and a relative newcomer as a Fitness Instructor. Since obtaining my BSc in Sports & Health Science in 1998 I have been involved in mainly football coaching youth teams until earlier this year, where I obtained my Level 1 Vibe Cycle Certificate and Vibe Power Instructors Certificate.

I am now working towards completing my Level 2 Exercise To Music qualification. It’s the perfect combination for me – sport, exercise and music. I will bring energy and fun to whatever I do. Don’t just ride….Feel the Vibe!

I have been involved in all different types of fitness over the past 20 years. From serving with the British Army as a PTI to teaching Vibe to beginners. My biggest strength is my ability to adjust my teaching style to suit all participants. As a serving soldier, I bring a military twist to my classes to help motivate participants in a positive way.

I have been teaching Vibe since 2012 in many gyms across the UK and have qualified over 150 new Vibe instructors such is my fondness for the Vibe concept.

I teach with a smile and my aim in every class is for everyone to leave sweating and smiling.
