SALLY MORRIS – Sally Morris
SALLY MORRIS – Trained at the BAI Dance Centre in 1983 for fitness and dance. Attending various courses in fitness and dance based contemporary ballet classes  before the RSA exercise to music was formed. She completed RSA training in Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, Kick Aerobics , Childrens Fitness,Sosa Dance, Studio Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training and Pilates with Michael King at the Pilates Institute and Fitness Pilates 3

Sally also become one of the first Block-fit Instructors with Chico from X factor. Sally has also taken part in fitness demonstrations at the NEC and Earls Court, and has organised charity events, as well as working with sports clubs, including swimming clubs and rugby clubs where she has worked as a coach to offer alternative training.

Sally has also worked alongside the local physiotherapist teaching pilates for clients with specific needs. Sally’s passion has always been dance as she has applied this discipline to many of her workouts. Sally prides herself In her ability to cater for every client and values each and every one of them. Many of these clients have been with her for decades.

Vourn is passionate and knowledgeable in Yoga, Pilates, Posture Improvement, mindfulness , HIIT and healthy eating. She specialises in glute activation, hamstring flexibility, abdominal and adductor strengthening.

Vourn started her training back in 1992 and is qualified in nutrition and personal training.

Vourn is extremely approachable and happy to help clients with their Fitness training on a personal level.

Victoria Scott has worked in the Entertainment Industry as a professional Dancer/ Actress and Choreographer for 20 years. She enjoyed performing/ choreographic contracts with P&O Cruises, Alton Towers Theme Park , The Clothes Show Live, Rank Entertainment and Professional Pantomimes over the years.
She is hugely passionate about Dance and Fitness and making both widely accessible to EVERYONE!
Her Dance Fitness classes are fun, funky and very uplifting, with simple structured Choreography to follow and enjoy. Victoria is qualified as an Associate with the IDTA ( Freestyle, Modern, Lyrical, Musical Theatre) and Acrobatic Arts ( Stretch/ Flexibility/ Strength and Balance training )
She successfully ran her own Dance School – Phoenix Dance Company in Solihull from 2000-2020.
She’s so exited to be part of the Positive Fitness Team and meet all the members.

My name is Sophia, my journey into fitness started as a result from my strong background and career in dance. I have danced from a very early age which led me to study Contemporary Dance at De Montfort University, achieving a first class honours degree. After gaining theoretical knowledge of dance I decided to put it into practice and secured professional performance contracts. Alongside dance, fitness soon became my passion and career for life. I am a qualified and experienced level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor, I have taught a variety of classes to a diverse range of nationalities, ages, abilities and disabilities at prestigious health clubs and resorts in the UK & overseas, specialising in classes such as; Zumba Fitness, Clubbercise, Dancefit, Balletfit, Aqua Aerobics, Bums Legs & Tums, Body Conditioning, Indoor Group Cycling (Spin), Hydrospin, HIIT and Kettlebells. I am also an associate member and qualified teacher of Freestyle Dance for the International Dance Teachers Association. What I love about my job is it gives me the chance to spread happiness and motivation into people’s lives. I believe fitness is for everyone, all we need is friendly encouragement, determination and we can be unstoppable!
